I have a particular focus on tenders and public procurement law, the registration of trademarks, but also real estate and construction law. In addition to specific technical knowledge, I build on a strong expertise in administrative procedures.
I have particular expertise in public procurement law, both on the part of clients and contractors. I advise on the question of whether a call for tenders has to be issued at all. If the answer is affirmative, I examine the choice of the appropriate tender. Subsequently, I support you as the commissioner in the preparation of the tender documents. I will also gladly take over the function of an awarding authority for you.
On the contractor side, I advise on the best possible search and participation in tenders. Furthermore, I check the correct execution of the procurement up to the awarding of contracts, as well as possible legal remedies.
