Are you an entrepreneur?
Do you want to establish a commercial company or partnership?
Do you intend to buy a company?
Do you want to place a public offer for securities and advertise it?
Are you an investor and want to claim your rights?
My expertise in this area is due to my work experience in commercial law firms.
I am glad to support you in all matters of corporate law, from the standards to the intricacies of complex transactions. As an independent lawyer, I can offer you cost-sensitive services in this area.
I have a special focus on the establishment of companies and the legal support of start-ups.
First of all, I advise you on the choice of the appropriate company. Depending on your needs, a stock company (Aktiengesellschaft/AG), a limited liability company (GmbH), a limited partnership (Kommanditgesellschaft/KG), an „open company“ (offene Gesellschaft/OG) or a company constituted under civil law (GesbR) may be the right choice. Through consultations I determine with you whether the focus is on a quick and simple formation, on the limitation of the liability fund or on other aspects.
Then I check the availability of the company name for you and work out a company agreement that fits your needs. Subsequently, an appointment for the signing of the articles of association can already be arranged. If necessary, I will arrange for the services of a notary. With the registration in the commercial register the company is successfully founded. Subsequently, I take care of the ongoing advice and support of your company.
You can find a first overview of the different company forms available in Austria here:

In addition to the formation of a company, I also advise on the purchase of companies (whole companies as well as company shares). In doing so, I also check the economic aspects and the creditworthiness of the company. Accordingly, investor protection is another essential part of my legal practice.
Furthermore, I have experience in the placing of public offers for securities and its advertising. The strict regulatory framework requires particular attention.
